  • This is a free and no-obligation exchange where we discuss your travel plans, expectations, and any ideas you already have.

    If you are unsure whether you need a Full Planning or Revision service, I advise you to book a Discovery Call first.

  • Itinerary review - I will review your existing plans and I will identify ways to improve or adjust your program.

    Tailor-made advice : I will offer you personalized recommendations to enrich your experience

    The format: 1 Hour Guidance Call + Answers to your questions including links for bookings in a written format

    You will also receive all essential information from my Bali Essentials Guide - including health insurance recommendations, VISA guidance, pre-arrival information, safety tips, and everything you need to prepare for your trip with confidence.

    BONUS: Packing and Pre-Departure Checklist.

  • Within 3-5 days, I will review your submission and contact you to confirm the service.

    Once you’ve confirmed, I will send you a link to arrange our 1 Hour Guidance Call at a convenient time for you to answer your questions and give you my advice.

  • My service is designed for solo travellers, couples, and small groups of up to four people.

    If you’re planning a larger trip, just send me an email at karolinaivg@gmail.com - I’d be happy to discuss your needs.

    Currently, my service is not catered to families with small kids as I do not have this expertise.

  • If you decide to go for the Full Planing, pricing will depend on the length of your trip.

    My packages start at €160 for 7–10 days and increase based on the number of days. For trips longer than 21 days, custom pricing applies.

  • No - I do not make bookings on your behalf, therefore you don’t get charged any comission.

    I provide direct links to hotels, transport, and activities so you can book everything yourself, with no commissions or additional fees and with your full freedom to chose what to do or not to.

  • Travel agents earn commissions from hotels and activity providers. My service is independent and fully personalised - I recommend places I trust, not places I’m paid to promote.

    You receive an honest, curated itinerary based on real experience that I know that will match your needs.

  • I’ve lived in Bali for two years and personally experienced the places, routes, and activities I recommend.

    My planning is based on insider knowledge, trusted local contacts, and real observations - not generic online information. You receive guidance that aligns with your style, interests, and the reality of the island.

  • I will be at your disposal for a follow-up message for clarifications before your trip. Ofc, please keep it reasonable :D

    My job is to make sure you have everything for a smooth trip.

  • The sooner the better. Even if you don’t have a clear idea, you can still book a FREE DISCOVERY CALL.

    If you are already good to go, please contact me, at least 3 - 4 weeks before your travel dates. This gives us enough time for a thoughtful discovery call, questionnaire, planning process, and revisions if needed.
